We cover introduction to coffee, espresso fundamentals, milk steaming, menu preparation and customer service.

Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations upon approving quote or booking online must be made at least 5 days before confirmed training and assessments to avoid fees.
*Cancellations within 24 hours of training or assessment will result in full fees being charged.
*Cancellations between the 24 and 120 hours will result in 50% of fees being charged.
Please Note: A rescheduling fee of 25% will be applied when changing a confirmed registration within 5 days.
