I have years of experience in the Civil and Infrastructure industry with years of experience mentoring in Temporary Traffic Management. Initially, I started out as a Traffic Controller (TC) for the wire-rope installation along the Hawkes Bay expressway. Following some professional development and upskilling, I moved into a State Highway Supervisor role as the Lead STMS before advancing to Operations Manager where I overlooked the TTM division, pavement stabilization, sealing, asphalt reinstatements as well as concrete maintenance.
Since coming on board at Tuturu Consultancy, I have spent the last year assessing practical standards for Waka Kotahi qualifications while obtaining my TTM Trainers certificate.
I am incredibly passionate about sharing my knowledge of Temporary Traffic Management as well as seeing the underdog (minority) succeed. Ultimately, this is why I tailor my approach and delivery to training, ensuring positive and successful outcomes.

I am exceptionally proud to be a part of the Temporary Traffic Management sector, and the team at Tuturu Consultancy.
I have years of experience working in the Civil Infrastructure and Temporary Traffic Management industries including stabilization, asphalt, chip sealing, drain laying, concreting and general laboring. Starting in Hawkes Bay as a TC, I quickly moved up the chain to becoming a Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) before moving home to Tairāwhiti, continuing my pathway in TTM as a TTM Mentor and Assessor.
I look forward to providing a service for our people where I am helping to support the growth of TTM in my Turangawaewae, and am honored to contribute to upholding the industry’s best standards and practices in our region.
